Jimmie joined our team in 2019, bringing more than 30 years of experience in local and state law enforcement. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the Virginia Forensic Science Academy, with a strong background in criminal and crime scene investigations.
He began his career at VAcorp in the Special Investigations Unit, where he focused on high-liability claims and vehicle crash investigations. In 2024, he transitioned to the Risk Control team, where he now supports members through safety training, facility assessments, safety audits, and claims reviews.
Jimmie lives on a family farm in Pittsylvania County with his wife. They are the proud parents of three children.
