Melissa arrived in Roanoke from her hometown of Montego Bay, Jamaica in 2009. She graduated from Hollins University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and double minors in International Studies and Studio Art. She officially joined the team in July of 2020, as a Customer Service Representative, moving to a Claims Associate position, and now serving as a Property & Casualty Claims Specialist. Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving within the church and her community, travelling, and watching good movies. She is grateful for the opportunity to learn from her peers and mentors, while serving our members and claimants.
