Morgan joined our team in 2024 as Director of Public Entities, bringing extensive experience in public administration and strategic leadership. A native of Blackstone, Virginia, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Public and Urban Affairs and a Local Government Management Certificate from Virginia Tech, as well as an MBA from Longwood University. He previously served as County Administrator for Richmond County for more than 10 years and as a member of the VAcorp board. Morgan and his wife, Tiffany, reside in Blackstone with their two sons, Robert and Ryland. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, cheering for Virginia Tech athletics, and spending time by the river.
