In 2003, Steve began working with our members to help them achieve their risk control goals and reduce operational exposures. Today, he continues his efforts to ensure that Claims and Risk Control maintain their forward progression in serving members, and he gladly assists members directly with their specific needs as situations arise. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Longwood University. He resides in Southwest Virginia with his wife and two sons.
